Key Lime in London.
Somehow making my first ever key lime pie in london seems a bit blasphemous. First of all, the crust was made using whole wheat digestives... too healthy? I think so. And then for the real zinger: no key limes, just regular ones. In the end it turned out really really wonderfully even despite these set backs. Can't wait to try it again when i get back stateside. Five pies in three days. Setting records.
